NOTI provides expert tutelage in the most prevalent safety issues that workers experience on the job site. Our safety awareness course will give you a more focuses sense of self and an awareness of danger that will help keep you safe.
Our OSHA30 class will also help you comply with NYC's Local Law 196
What is Local Law 196?
Effective March 1, 2018, Local Law 196 (LL196) requires certain workers and supervisors to receive safety training at construction sites that are required to designate a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator or Site Safety Manager. Workers will need a minimum of 30 hours of training and supervisors will need 62 hours of training by December 1, 2019. In addition, workers will need an additional 10 hours of training by September 1, 2020. Who Does LL196 Apply To?
Construction or demolition workers and supervisors at job sites that are required to designate a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator or Site Safety Manager must be trained.
